Save the Children International in Malawi is inviting submissions of tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Motorcycles under the Climate Resilient Health and Well-Being for Rural Communities in southern Malawi (CHWBRC) as per details below:

1. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please send an email containing the name of the organisation, business registration certificate, address and the name the key contact person procurement.malawi@savethechildren.org. Soon after, you will receive an email to complete the registration questionnaire.

2. To be able to access the link to the questionnaire, you need to register on the Ariba Network.

3. Go the Ariba Network Link provided and follow the process described in the attachments to be provided and register on the Ariba Network.

4. Once you have created your account and completed the Registration Questionnaire, you can participate to the event and Submit your response in accordance to the guidance which will be provided via email

It is recommended to send the tender documents as soon as possible by following the process described above.

Eligible suppliers meeting all stated requirements are requested to adhere to the following when applying for the various lots:-

a. Submit one bid for the supply and delivery of Motorcycles with supporting documentation related to this procurement

b. Submit their bids electronically through Ariba Network by Thursday, 20th November 2025. The bid must be addressed to:
