Malawi Broadcasting Corporation has budgeted funds for the procurement of goods and different services under framework agreement. The Chairman, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (IPDC), therefore, invite eligible suppliers and service providers to participate in this tender as detailed below:-

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2025) of the Government of Malawi and is open to all eligible bidders.
A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Malawi Kwacha) in cash or bank-certified check. Bidding documents may be acquired from the procurement Unit after payment is made at the cash office at the Broadcasting House (BH), Chichiri.
Bids must be deposited in the tender box on the Ground floor reception, Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (BH), Blantyre, at or before 14 hours, local time on Tuesday, 10th February 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who may choose to attend the opening proceedings at 14 hours on 10th February 2026 in the MBC Conference Room at Chichiri in Blantyre.
