1. Mzuzu Central Hospital has budgeted funds in its 2026/27 Financial Year for the procurement of Goods and Services as shown in the table below:

2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above goods, works, and services category.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tender Bidding Procedures contained in the Government of Malawi's Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025 and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:30-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 hours every day except on public holidays and weekends.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7(a) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00. The method of payment will be Cash. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7(b) below at or before as shown in the table above. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address shown in 7 (c).
