The Higher Education Students' Loans and Grants Board (HESLGB) is mandated to support needy and deserving Malawian students pursuing higher education through the provision of loans and grants. Additionally, HESLGB is also mandated to recover loans from former beneficiaries of student loans.

In fulfilling its mandates, HESLGB procures various goods and services in line with the Malawi Government procurement processes.

HESLGB has budgeted funds to be used for the supply and delivery of motor vehicles 4x4 double cabin with canopy for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year

Higher Education Students Loans and Grants Board, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to supply and deliver the under-listed goods and related services

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tender procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2025 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. 2. 3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders in person upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK20,000.00 between 8:00a.m. and 4:30 pm, working days. The method of payment will be through bank deposit. Refer to 6(a) below.

4. Bids clearly marked with procurement reference number and sealed must be deposited in the Tender Box at or before 14:00 hours (local time) Thursday 26th February, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and electronic bidding is not allowed.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person in the HESLGB Board Room at 14:00 hours (local time) on Thursday 26th February, 2026
