1. Central Medical Stores Trust (CMST), with funding from the Malawi Government, has resources for the procurement of selected Medical Supplies.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of selected Medical Supplies through Framework Agreements:

3. The Bidder must quote for the total quantities of the item (s) offered, and bids will be evaluated item by item. Qualification requirements include past performance as follows:
(a) Suppliers with outstanding/overdue deliveries with CMST shall not be considered for award for specific items
(b) History of legal disputes, conviction of a bidder, or its directors or officers, of any criminal offence related to their professional conduct or the making of false statements or misrepresentations as to its qualifications to enter a procurement contract within a period of three years preceding the commencement of the procurement proceedings.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2025. Public Procurement Regulations (2020) of the Government of the Republic of Malawi.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Procurement Manager at address given at 9(a) below from 08H00 to 12H00 and 14H00 to 16H00 hours local time (Monday to Friday, except national public holidays).
6. A Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from the address at (a) below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 10.000.00 through bank deposit as at 9(b).
7. Each Bidder will be required to supply the following documents or confirm their acceptance to agree to registration of themselves and the product to be supplied at the time they submit their Bid:
8. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing declaration in the format specified in the solicitation documentation.
9. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at address 9(e) below on or before 24 February 2026 at 14H00 hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Any Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address 9(d) below on 24 February 2026 at 14H00 hours local time.
