1. The Ministry of Education (MOE) has secured resources for the procurement of Goods and non-consultancy services and intends to apply part of the funds towards the stated procurements on Framework Agreements.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee of Rumphi Teacher Training College, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to participate in it.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (2025) and its subsidiary legislations and is open to all qualified and eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents (NCB) can be collected from Rumphi Teacher Training College in Rumphi starting from 11th February 2026 for the following procurements:

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal of Asset Unit at the address given below at 10 (a) from 8:00 to 12:00 Noon and 13:00 to 16:00 Hrs Local time (Monday to Friday, except National Public holidays and weekends).
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by the interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10, 000.00 (for each of the services) at NBS Bank, Rumphi TTC GPF Account Number: 22879545, and submit a bank deposit slip at Rumphi TTC Accounts Department for collection of bidding documents.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address given at 10 (a) below by 2nd March, 2026, 14:00 hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address given at the paragraph 10(b) below on 2nd March, 2026, 14:00 hours local time.
8. Late Bids shall be rejected and returned to the owners unopened.
9. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
