Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited (Limbe Leaf) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified catering companies to provide services at its factory premises in Kanengo, Lilongwe. Interested caterers are encouraged to submit information that demonstrates their qualifications and relevant experience for delivering these services. The criteria for shortlisting are as follows:

1. Service providers holding relevant registrations for catering services in Malawi.

2. Should possess a minimum of three years of experience, ideally with organisations that serve meals to at least 100 people per meal.

3. Ability to prepare between 100 and 2000 meals per 24-hour cycle as and when needed. 4. They must demonstrate expertise in catering inventory management and procurement. 5. Solid understanding of food safety and the pertinent laws and regulations in Malawi.

The catering service provider will be hired on a contract basis for a one-year term, with the option for annual renewal and potential extension, contingent upon the provider's performance.
