Link Community Development Malawi (LCDM) is implementing Realising Inclusive and Safe Education (RISE) an inclusive education project targeting 4 education districts (Lilongwe Rural West, East and Urban and Dedza. As part of its safeguarding and child protection interventions, the RISE Project intends to visually communicate safeguarding reporting procedures through the painting of safeguarding reporting flowchart murals in 20 schools. LCDM hereby invites qualified and experienced artists, painting contractors, and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the design adaptation and painting of the safeguarding reporting flowchart murals.
