1. Airport Developments Limited (ADL) would like to use part of its budgeted funds for the procurement of the 4X4 motor vehicles in order to meet the logistics demands of its newly approved Extended Mandate. Further, ADL has obtained all necessary approvals for the procurement of the vehicles.

2. The Chairperson of the Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the eligibility criteria in the Bidding document to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 2No. 4 x4 Double Cabin Pick-up Motor Vehicles.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets (PPDA) Act, 2025 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2020 of the Republic of Malawi. A detailed bidder qualification requirements and evaluation criteria can be found in the bidding Document.

4. A complete set of the Bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of MK10, 000.00 only. The bidding documents can be collected upon issuing the deposit slip at the address below from 9th February, 2026, between 8.30 am and 4:00 pm:

5. Bids must be delivered by depositing the package in the tender box located on the ground floor ADL Head Office, Kamuzu International Airport, P.O. Box 30311, Lilongwe 3, Malawi, no later than 2nd March 2026, at 14:00 PM local time. Electronic submission will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.
