1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has allocated funds in its 2025-26 Annual Budget and intends to use part of the funds towards the eligible payments for 1No. 30-32-Seater Bus and 1No. 4x2 Station Wagon.

2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (IPDC), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders as below,

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Tendering Procedures as contained in the PPDA Act (2025) and the 2020 Public Procurement Regulations of the Republic of Malawi.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7(c) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00 in the Cash Office.

5. Sealed Bids, clearly marked on the outer envelope with "Tender Description and Reference Number NCB 260/MOFA/MV/2025-26/01" must be delivered and deposited in a tender box located near the main entrance at or before 14:00 pm (local time) 2nd March, 2026. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the deadline for bid submission.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives, who choose to attend at the address 7(b) below at 14:00 pm (local time) on 2nd March, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a duly Signed Bid Securing Declaration Form.
