PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: MBTS/GOM/BDD/NCB/26-02/01
1. The Malawi Blood Transfusion Service (MBTS) has funds from its annual budget for the procurement of the following items:

| Special SAGM bags/automated | 1,125 | 6 weeks |
2. MBTS now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the abovementioned items.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025, and it is open to all interested bidders from all eligible source countries.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (A) during weekdays.
5. A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders by paying a non-refundable fee of MK 15,000. The method of payment will be cash at the MBTS Cash Offices. The bidding documents shall be sent to the interested bidder through email upon payment of the fee.
6. Bids must be delivered into the Tender Box at the Address given below at 7(A) before 2 pm local time on 9th March 2026. Bid Opening shall take place on the same day at 2:10 pm local time in the presence of bidders who choose to attend in the conference room at the address shown below 7 (A). Electronic bidding shall not be permitted, and late bids will be rejected.
7. Sealed bids clearly marked with the description and procurement reference number should be submitted to the:
