Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation-Malawi (BCMCF-M) is a not-for-profit organization working in partnership with the Malawi government in the health sector. Our Mission is to provide high-quality, high-impact, highly ethical paediatric and family-centered health care, health professional training and clinical research, focused on HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, malnutrition, and other conditions impacting the health and well-being of children and families worldwide. We are situated within the Kamuzu Central Hospital campus (opposite Kamuzu College of Nursing).
BCMCF-M is seeking to invite vendors who will be added to the pre-qualified list of suppliers for goods and services of items shown in the following lots from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028, using BCMCF-M procurement procedures.

2. Interested eligible suppliers should submit detailed Expression of Interest documents indicating the Lot numbers of goods or services they can supply to the address indicated below. The Expression of Interest documents should, among other things, include:
✓ Name (s) and contact details of the business owner(s)
✓ Name, contact address, including physical address, cellphone, and email address of the supplier.
✓ Articles of incorporation or Registration Certificate of the suppliers
✓ References from three other big and well-known organizations
✓ Evidence of Registration with PPDA
✓ Evidence of financial resources-financial statement in the last 3 months
✓ Evidence of tax compliance
✓ List of contracts successfully executed in the last two years, indicating the name of the client and the contract amount.
✓ Contract period and description of goods supplied/ services provided.
✓ Evidence of having worked in a hospital environment - Especially for those applying for cleaning Services.
✓ Signed application letter for pre-qualification in the form of Expression of Interest.
3. Bidding documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the address below at Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation - Malawi at the second floor Reception.
4. Closing date for receiving pre-qualification, Expression of Interest documents is 27 February 2026 at 13:00 hours. Expression of Interest documents should clearly be marked with the lot you are interested and should be hand-delivered or couriered to:
