1. The Smallholder Farmers Fertilizer Revolving Fund of Malawi (SFFRFM) has budgeted resources for the implementation of 2026/27 programmes. SFFRFM intends to use part of the funds toward payments for the Supply and Delivery of Commercial Fertilizer.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Commercial Fertilizer as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2025 and Public Procurement Regulations (2020).
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given in paragraph 6(i) below from 08.00 am to 12.00 noon; 13.00 to 16.00 hours local time (Monday to Friday, except national public holidays). A complete set of bidding documents in English language can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K20,000.00 or bank certified cheque to SFFRFM (Cash Office).
5. Bids, in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Supply and Delivery of Commercial Fertilizer' must be delivered to the address under item 6(ii) below and deposited into the Tender Box by bidders or their representatives on or before 14:00 hours local time, Tuesday, 7th April, 2026. Electronic submission of bids will not be accepted, and late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend or their representatives at the address under item 6 (iii) below at 14:00 hours local time on Tuesday, 7th April, 2026
