Mwaiwathu Private Hospital Limited is a registered private hospital established to provide hospital services in Malawi and beyond. The hospital through its internal procurement committee seeks to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of the aforementioned services, as detailed in the table below.

Instruction to Bidders:
1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents with full details, and TOR'S upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Mk10,0000 at the Cashier on the main reception and you shall assess the bid at the Procurement manager's Office or email w.moffat@mwaiwathuhospital.com.
2. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and dropped in the tender box, clearly quoting the Procurement Reference Number and Lot Number indicated above. The tender box is located at the main reception area of the hospital at the address provided below.
3. The submission deadline is 2nd APRIL 2026 at 14:00 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours, in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attended the opening ceremony at the same venue.
