The Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI) intends to replace Heavy Duty Air Conditioners at the Chichiri Conference Centre Hall located at Chichiri Trade Fair Grounds in Blantyre.

MCCCI now invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the removal of existing units and the supply and installation of new Heavy Duty Air Conditioners. A briefing meeting of interested Contractors will be conducted on Wednesday, 15th November 2023 at the Chamber House Boardroom from 10:00 am.

A Request for Quotation (RFQ) and other information can be obtained on request through e-mail to uchiumia@mccci.org.

Interested suppliers must submit their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Supply and Installation of Heavy-Duty Air Conditioners" through the Tender Box at Chamber House.

Quotations must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday 22nd November 2023. Late submission of bids will not be accepted.

MCCCI is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the bids.
