Partners in Hope (PIH) is a Malawian, Faith-Based Malawian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 2004 on a robust commitment to support the National HIV and AIDS Response in Malawi. PIH is incorporated under the provisions of Trustees Incorporation Act, 1962, in Malawi. PIH has a Medical Center that operates a general outpatient clinic, inpatient wards, as well as a public HIV-focused Moyo Outpatient Center of Excellence.

Applicants may apply for part of a category, one category or several categories submitted in different envelopes.
Completed applications need to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Goods and Services-Category Name." They must be deposited in the Tender Box at the PIH Medical Centre Reception not later than 27th February 2026:
