PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS

1. Castel Malawi Limited is inviting Expression of Interest from interested and eligible suppliers, contractors and service providers to be prequalified for the period of 2026 to 2029 in the following categories.

A. Building and Construction

B. Steel works/Fabrication services.

C. Mechanical and Civil Work

D. Electrical services.

E. Architectural Services.

F. Quantity Surveying Services

G. Building and Construction Consultancy Services.

2. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information or request a complete set of prequalification documents (soft copy) in English, free of charge, by writing to the e-mail address indicated in Clause 5(a) below. Applicants are advised to read and fully understand the prequalification documents before preparing and submitting their applications.

3. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked "Prequalification of Contractors or Consultants (2026-2029)", indicating the specific category applied for, and deposited in the tender box at the address indicated in Clause 5(b) below.

4. Any party requiring further clarification, particularly in relation to Annex 2, should submit their request in writing to the email address specified in Clause 5(a) below

6. The deadline for submission of pre-qualification applications is 20 March 2026 at 16:00 hours (local time). Late applications shall not be accepted.
