The Ministry of Health (MOH), with funding from the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). is implementing a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) aimed at strengthening public health systems in Malawi. To enhance operational efficiency and standardize implementation of the MoH-CDC partnership activities, the Ministry seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to review, refine, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The successful Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and developing SOPs, procedural charts, and standard forms for the following areas:
Key Deliverables include: An Inception Report, a Comprehensive SOP Review Report, a complete set of Final Revised SOPs, New Procedural Charts/Forms, Orientation Materials, and a Final Consultancy Report. The assignment is expected to be completed within eight (8) weeks.
This request is open to Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) as determined by the MSME Order 2020. Interested firms must provide:
Proposals will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedure. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals, sealed in individual envelopes and enclosed in one outer envelope.
