National Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc is inviting sealed proposals from eligible, reputable, and experienced service providers to provide catering and housekeeping services at NBM's Leadership Centre.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must:

• Have a valid business registration certificate
• Have tax clearance certificate and be compliant with all statutory obligations
• Demonstrate proven experience in the provision of catering services and cleaning services at institutions of similar calibre
• Be registered by the Tourism Board
• Have a valid food license by the City Assembly
• Have well-qualified personnel
• Be certified by the Malawi Bureau of Standards
• Provide references from reputable clients of similar size and structure

Proposal Submission Requirements

The submitted proposals must include:

• Company profile and proof of legal incorporation
• Technical and financial proposals detailing the scope as provided in the RFP document
