United Civil Servants SACCO Limited invites proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to facilitate the development of a new five-year Strategic Plan for the period 2027-2031.
The SACCO's current Strategic Plan covering 2022-2026 has come to an end, and the organization seeks to engage a competent consultant to guide the strategic planning process and support the formulation of a new strategic direction.
Scope of Assignment
The selected consultant will be required to:
- Work closely with Management and key stakeholders to: Assess organizational performance against the current strategic framework
- Conduct stakeholder consultations and situational analysis
- Identify strategic priorities and emerging opportunities Facilitate strategic planning workshops
- Support formulation of strategic objectives, key result areas, and performance indicators
- Develop an implementation roadmap and monitoring & evaluation framework
- Produce a comprehensive Strategic Plan for 2027-2031
Qualifications and Experience
Interested consultants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within SACCOS, financial institutions, or membership-based organizations
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience in organizational performance assessment
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications
- Must demonstrate experience working with an organization with an asset base exceeding one hundred billion Malawi Kwacha
