1. Electricity Generation Company (Malawi) Limited (EGENCO) carries on the business of generating power in the Republic of Malawi, has budgeted funds for Non- Consultancy Services for the Provision of Once-off Auctioneering Services from registered Small and Medium Enterprises.

2. EGENCO now invites sealed bids/ quotations from eligible bidders for Non- Consultancy Services for the Provision of Once-off Auctioneering Services.

3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents can be collected at EGENCO, Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) situated on Victoria Avenue, Chayamba Building, Floor No. 4, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00 hours local time (Monday to Friday) except on national public holidays.

4. Bidding for the above-listed activities shall be conducted in accordance with the request for Quotation procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2024.

5. Quotations clearly marked "Non- Consultancy Services for Provision of Once-off Auctioneering Services" must be delivered to the address given in 6 (a) below on or before Monday, 23 February 2026 at 14:00 hours, and late quotations shall be rejected.
