1. The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture budgeted public funds and intends to apply part of these funds for the procurement of a motor vehicle.

2. The Ministry's Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee (IPDC) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the vehicle indicated below:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, 2017 and Malawi Public Procurement Regulations, 2020.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given in paragraph 8 (i) below.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders at the address in paragraph 8

6. Sealed Bids marked with the reference number indicated above must be deposited in the tender box placed at the reception on the Ground Floor at the address in paragraph 8 (ii) below, at or before 2:00 pm (Local Time) on 02nd March, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as stipulated in section 2 (Bid Data Sheet) of the Bidding Document. Bids will be opened at 2:00 pm on 2nd March 2026 in the Ministry's Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
