Beit CURE Children's Hospital of Malawi is a not-for-profit private hospital specialized in orthopedic services, situated in the southern region of Malawi. The Hospital is part of a network of hospitals under the umbrella of Cure International Hospital. It opened its doors in 2002, targeting children under the age of 18 years who suffer from congenital or acquired disabilities that are treatable through surgical and rehabilitative interventions. These services are offered at no cost to the children's families.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

1. Company Profile,

2. Physical Address of the Company

2. Registration/Incorporation certificate

3. PPDA Certificate

4. Tax Clearance Certificate

5. If Possible Tax Withholding Certificate

6. Declaration that the company is not insolvent/Child Protection

7. Financial Statement/Bank Statements for the last three months.

8. Valid PMRA Certificate (for Medicines, Medical Oxygen and Laboratory Materials)

9. Banking details

10. Evidence of at least three (3) references/Contracts/LPO

The Procuring entity will conduct a physical verification exercise for all suppliers.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • All submissions must be sealed in envelopes clearly marked - PRE QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS SUPPLIERS OF GOODS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR OF 2026 TO 2027 AND LOT NUMBER
  • Each envelope must indicate the category and Lot Number applied to
  • Submit to the tender box located at the Reception of Beit Cure Children's Hospital or send to the address below
  • All applications should be submitted by dropping the documents in the bidding box located at the Reception of Beit CURE Children's Hospital of Malawi or sent electronically via email to procurement.malawi@cureinternational.org.

  • Deadline for Submission: 13th March 2026

NOTE: Interested suppliers are required to deposit a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00 at First Capital Bank, Account number 0006704001365. Please attach proof of payment or deposit slip.
